The tour launched in Aylesbury, home of the BIPP Head Office, at the Bucks County Museum and has since travelled to Oxheys Mill Studios in Preston and The Crossley Gallery at Dean Clough Mills in Halifax. Making its way South in February 2017 to the Creative Innovation Centre CIC in Taunton, this selling exhibition includes a programme of talks and offers a chance for the public to discover more about professional photography. Alongside some stunning contemporary imagery covering portraiture, landscapes, architecture, commercial and fine art there will be the opportunity to find out more about the work of the BIPP and standards of which BIPP photographers are assessed to. Visitors are sure to leave inspired after witnessing the work of both National and International BIPP photographers!

First Up Scott Johnson – some of you may be aware of his world class wedding photography skills – to keep things fresh in his work, Scott undertook some time at the concentration camps in Aushcwitz. Seen through Scotts eyes, he came back with a collection of highly impactive, haunting images which have gained him a recent Fellowship. I’ve seen the book, it moved me to tears…
There is such a value to personal work that allows you freedom to risk take and experiment.
The CICCIC is home to a large coffee bar where various snacks are available to purchase.
Kevin Mullins – Of course, you can be the finest image maker in the land but if people aren’t seeing you work then business can go flat. It’s fundamental for us to be updating our knowledge and skills of SEO in order to keep us at the top of the league and in order for us to have our shop window in full view of our potential market. Not only is Kevin a fine wedding photographer, he knows how to bring the public to him. I’d recommend this and Scotts talks for both aspiring photographers and those that have been in the industry for a while to increase traffic to sites and to your work.
You are welcome to join us for our annual awards presentation and the private view of ‘PHOTOGRAPHY’ the BIPP touring exhibition.
