The exhibition and events will include the promotion of international cuisine, poetry, music, film, visual arts and performance and represent over 30 countries across the world.
The month-long programme is part of a larger project that the CICCIC has been developing over the past 5 years in the promotion of multi-culturalism in our communities.
We are fortunate to have received a number of offers of engagement for this event from practicing artists ranging from South America, Asia, Africa, Australia, Middle East, Northern and Eastern Europe.
In the past 3 years we have hosted a number of pilot projects focused on celebrating differing cultural offers which have been hugely successful in engaging minority groups and creating a platform to promote their rich and diverse cultural offers to the majority of the community who have gained insights of their traditions in a positive and inclusive environment.
The friendships and alliances built through these events have continued and we are now in a position to bring a number of International cultures together in the same space further promoting the idea of collaboration, knowledge exchange and appreciation of our rich and diverse communities.
All the artists exhibiting are members of the International Arts Network – World Arts Games. The International network promotes world peace and harmony through the connecting of hearts through the participation of the arts. See link for details:
