About The Artists
The Legendary snakeSNAKEsnake are a musical Burrow hill-billy three piece from Somerset featuring guitar, banjo, melodica and cello. They describe their sound as Johnny Cash meets Hayseed Dixie and The Ramones. A sort of country, cowpunk, vaudeville, mish mash.
Since then The Legendary snakeSNAKEsnake have honed their craft entertaining audiences all over – from weddings to wakes to wassails. In pubs, clubs, music festivals, cider festiivals and chilli festivals. In barns, on lorries and on moving tractors. We’re just as happy on a big festival stage in front of a crowd of revellers as busking in the back room of your local.
To call it bluegrass may offend the purists, but if you’ve never heard Duellin’ Banjos played on banjo, guitar, cello, harmonica, ukulele, xylophone, kazoo and stylophone, and you want to, then maybe they can help.
Lee Rahn is a 22 year old Acoustic Singer/Songwriter from Somerset. He is currently studying at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London. Lee’s Folk influence and unique vocal, combined with his affable personality made him a local favourite with gig goers throughout the south west and since leaving home to pursue a career in music, he is now starting to create a buzz in the London Acoustic scene’s.
