From the opening sequence showing the conquistadors crossing a high mountain pass you are hooked by the sheer audacity of this doomed voyage!
In the 16 century a group of Spanish Conquistadors journey through the jungles of South America searching for the legendary city of El Dorado with their military leader, the ruthless and increasingly insane, Don Lope de Aguirre.
