After their fantastic show as Crystal Spring in December, Hywel Davies & Luke Belcher return for an evening of Cole Porter numbers.
An evening of jazz featuring the songs of arguably America’s greatest songwriter of the first half of the twentieth century. Porter’s songs – Ev’rytime we say goodbye, I’ve got you under my skin, You’d be so nice to come home to and Night and Day – are all embedded in the cultural fabric, and these songs (and more) will feature in this evening of music. The music will be performed by Hywel Davies (piano) and Luke Belcher (bass) two of the south west’s top jazz improvisers.
