Nick has long been singing, playing and writing music of all kinds for decades and 2015 sees him out gigging new material as a solo artist, as well as enjoying fronting the New Thunderbridge Bluegrass Band, of which he is a founder member.
Nick’s music spreads across many styles, but it is his roots writing that is in demand. Country laments, bluegrass jigs and those good old story songs are the main stay of his gig, along with the in-between banter and stories that really set the scene for each song. Reviews include:

At CICCIC we offer opportunities for young songwriters and musicians to perform and this acoustic music night see’s talented 13 year old Finn Askew doing a 20 minute set to start the evening off.
Finn is from Somerset and played at CICCIC’s ActFest in 2015 and is sure to be a rising star in the world of songwriting and music “I love to make people happy when I play my music because happiness is the key to life” says Finn and you will feel this when you see him perform.
