CICCIC Helps Raise £2500 for NSPCC with Textiles Exhibition & Sale
During the month of November CICCIC was proud to show work from late textiles artist and teacher Rosalind Gregory. The event included a 4 day exhibition of her work and sale of a textiles collection she kept throughout her life. The exhibition and sale generated over £2500 for charity NSPCC.
Rosalind Gregory was a teacher all her working life. Initially she taught Science but spent the last twenty years teaching Textiles. She never stopped stitching and wherever she went she could see inspiration for projects. This ability is reflected in the range of her work.
We would like to thank her family and friends for making the exhibition and sale a reality and we will always remember the contribution Rosalind made to the textiles industry.
