Interactive Sculpture installation in the High Street Taunton 9th – 11th Dec

What are you Dreaming of ?Becca

Pioneering and inspirational digital performance company Mercurial Wrestler located in the South West have created a unique project which allows you to capture your dreams. Working with experts in the field, they have created the Dreaming Places app. Download it from the Apple App Store on the link below and it will take you through a journey as you sleep. You wake and record your dream. These dreams will then be played as people lie in a playful fairytale bed in Taunton High Street from Dec 9th – 11th.
The project was developed alongside students from Richard Huish College and Somerset College working with the Creative Innovation Centre CIC in response to a survey on what young people would like to see in their town for the future.Cloud untitled
Mercurial Wrestler have created sculptural four poster beds which people are invited to lie in and listen to the dreams while watching a film of the vision of the town of the future, created with young people in Taunton. The installation will promote the dreams of young people and their aspirations for the future.
If you are out in town in the evening look out for the amazing beds and projections in the High Street, take the weight of your tired feet and sink into this world of dreams publicly dreamt. Your dreams could become a reality.Bed untitled
