In Detail:

Artist statement —- Mista Fig
For more than thirty years, Mista Fig has been exploring his ideas through sculpture.
Following an “inner voice”, he mainly creates figurative artwork, using a variety of media.
Working in series’, Mista Fig is currently involved with his “little people that have come down from the hills…”, figures that offer both an interpretation of life’s characters, with a social comment.
Some of these little people now want to be seen.
Recently exhibited at “Mall Galleries”, London SW1
Work currently on show at “Gallery Different”, London W1
Artist statement —- Mr Tope
Painting has become Mr Tope’s salvation and for over forty years, has been working intensively.
Using the finest quality oil paint, he layers it thickly onto the canvas, then manipulates it with a swan’s quill, creating much texture.
These artworks are later framed, the wood remaining natural after being sanded to a highly smooth finish.

The exhibition will suit all ages and all tastes.
