Known for her ability to explore the profound relationship between colour and form, Keogh’s work transcends the Lively daytime life drawing class at Creative Innovation Centre CIC. Learn to draw the human figure in this taught class. Tuesdays 9.30-12.30pm Learn something while having fun. Beginner or experienced artist, you can improve your skills in this friendly class. Artist, Debbi Sutton, will guide you to explore working with tone, line and form, to Wednesdays 23rd April – 4th June 6-9pm (6 weeks)– will include 1 week break for half term Wed 28th May) Multi layered screen-printing Screen printing is a printing technique where a screen mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade Printmaking Classes – Summer term 24th April – 3rd July Thursdays 9.30-12.30pm ( Half term 29th May ) Explore print techniques and processes and develop an innovative portfolio of prints. Through various techniques, developed by tutor Adam Grose’s continual experimentation, we will explore various print processes, combining and innovating via the following short course: CICCIC: Painting and Drawing Classes Summer term 24th April – 3rd July Thursdays 1- 4pm ( Half term 29th May ) An introductory course for beginners and experienced alike who want to improve they’re drawing skills. Step by step tuition and top tips of how to construct a competent drawing using different mediums, pencil, graphite, ink, The workshops are on Fridays 9.30-12.30 at the Arts Hub Flook House – https://www.creativeinnovationcentre.co.uk/arts-hub-taunton/ , Taunton starting 25th April – 4th July ( Half Term 30th May ) These classes have been designed for individuals who wish to draw, paint and cultivate their creative skills, either for leisure or to update their professional practice. Join us for a night of Northern Soul music specifically designed to showcase traditional and upcoming Northern Soul Music that is so good to listen and dance to that you’ll want to bring your best dancing shoes and friends.
