We are excited to be joined by Beth Pascall on Friday 16th February for what promises to be an inspiring live discussion. It will encompass her many achievements, including victory in 2021’s legendary Western States 100 Miler and a fastest known time on the notorious Bob Graham Round. Also, how she found the time to train for these along with her busy work as a pediatrician.
Beth’s parents live in Somerset, so there is a local connection. She now lives in Cumbria, close to the mountains where she set that incredible record. Her running resume includes multiple victories both in the UK and abroad, the pinnacle of these surely being her victory in Taunton Marathon back in 2015 😉. Here’s your opportunity to find out how these were achieved, what motivates her and what future plans she has.
The time of year means it will be perfect inspiration to ramp up your training as the days start to get longer and the colours of spring start to reveal themselves on the trails.
