Sunday Concert – Annika Skoogh Sings Ladies in Jazz – Sun 28th Nov

This is one Sunday lunchtime concert not to be missed and with such an amazing voice and top quality musicians you will take a journey into the world of some of the most amazing female jazz writers and singers.

Exeter based Annika Skoogh, is a highly versatile multilingual jazz vocalist and a firm favourite on the jazz scene here in the South West.

Annika has put together a fine stellar band with some of the best musicians to celebrate the legendary jazz singers who have inspired her over the years, namely; Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O’Day, Sarah Vaughan, Nancy Wilson, Nina Simone, Carmen McRae, Peggy Lee and Blossom Dearie to name but a few.

CICCIC is a not-for-profit organisation and we love people who love creativity, getting socially involved in the community, but love to support organisations like us by volunteering. Most volunteering is labour based, such as bar work and helping us layout rooms, cleaning and IT related tasks, stewarding at our outdoor events. We welcome your talents if you think you can help us grow and support the community.
