We have stopped all group buffet options and now request that each delegate that attends your conference to register their buffet lunch options. Then each lunch is individually packed and labelled with that delegates name. This prevents delegates from touching food and creates minimal handling. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available.
Conference Food Menu 1 – £9.50pp
Freshly made sandwiches. Your delegates can choose from:
- Cheese & ham
- Ham salad
- Ham & mustard
- Cheese & pickle
- Cheese & tomato
- Egg mayonnaise
- Cheese ploughman’s
- Falafel and Houmous (vegan)
Crisps. Your delegates can choose a packet of crisps and choose from:
- Ready Salted
- Cheese & Onion
- Salt & Vinegar
Side Salad. Your delegates can choose to have a side with their sandwich. This includes lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber. Dressings are provided in sachets.
Fruit. Your delegates can choose from:
- Banana
- Apple
- Grapes
A selection of orange and apple juices will also be offered.

Conference Food Menu 2 – £10.50
Same as Conference Menu 1 but includes a sweet option. Your delegates can choose from:
- Chocolate Brownie
- Chocolate Brownie (Vegan)
- Flapjack
- Berry Cereal Bar

What to send to your delegates
To make your life easier you can either add this text (by copying and pasting) to your event web page or you can simply send to your delegates the details after they have booked there place.
Our event is held at the Creative Innovation Centre in Taunton. Due to COVID measurements we ask kindly that you order your lunch 5 working days before the event. The venue will make and box up your lunch and label it with your name. To order your lunch simply visit this link
